Each one scores your biology from your DNA, then tracks how you change. Each clock keeps only the sites that carry signal for that sex. The male signal is spread wider, the female more concentrated.

A physician-scientist at the frontier of metabolic and longevity medicine. Harvard-certified in lifestyle and nutritional medicine and a Diplomate of the American Board of Regenerative Medicine, she holds a PhD from King's College London, where she is Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer. Across 20+ years at the Institute of Liver Studies, King's College Hospital, her research into mitochondrial bioenergetics and non-invasive biomarkers produced the patent-pending biomarker panels at the core of DEPH's IP. She is Medical Director of the Harley Longevity Club and co-founder of UmmuHub.
